Great experience. If you want golf with a view play here. Is the course the best course around…? No. But it’s in good shape, and the most scenic courses in the Scottsdale area.
Course is beautiful and well maintained but don’t play it in the weekend we only played 14 holes and it took us 5 hours waited in every hole watching other players looking for their balls on every shot. The ranger said on the weekends they let groups out every 8 minutes so it’s a money thing seems like they didn’t care about pace of play the whole course was backed up. We have played it during the week with no problem.
Beautiful course, but disappointed we didn't get to finish our round. Tee time was at 12:30, but there was a 1 hour frost delay. That's not the courses fault so we understand the delay. We tee'd off at 1:30. We should have had time to finish 18 before sunset. It took 3 1/2 hours to play the first 10 holes. 3 groups of 4 waiting on almost every tee box. Several groups in front of us stopped after 10 so we were able to get in 3 more holes. We found the problem when we went ahead a drove in after the 13th hole. The course had allowed a group of 5 playing ahead of us. We passed them on hole 15 where they were holding everyone up. Had to pay full price to play 13 holes because of their slow pace of play.

Course was in good shape, and the greens were excellent. Was told their overseed this year turned out the one of the best in several years. No dead spots in the fairways and tee boxes were well maintained. The pace of play was slow on the front 9, holes 4-9 are considered signature holes with hole 9 being a par 3 with significant downslope but the view is amazing. This time of year requires a tee time no later than 1:45p to give yourself the best chances of finishing.
We really enjoyed our round on Sunday. We got paired with two other great guys that really made the round enjoyable. The course was in fabulous shape and the views are absolutely incredible.

Beautiful course and not too pricey for the area. Course is short only 6000 from the tips. Narrow fairways, won’t need driver much. Small greens but in pristine shape!
Have played here several times. Was in great shape when I played. Only real complaint would be they need to put more sand in the bunkers. Ended up in 2 of them and needless to say I rocketed the ball over the green. No sand, just basically what looked like hard clay.
For what they charge you wouldn't think you'd encounter greens like this, but these are pics taken today 5/19/23. Overall very scenic and challenging, but the greens were consistently needing some TLC. Bring extra balls.
